The ongoing process of setting an organization's high-level goals, developing plans of action, and effectively allocating resources to execute those plans. The 5 Phases of Strategic Management  Strategic management involves managing an organization's resources, analyzing internal and external forces, and developing strategies to realize goals and objectives. A competency-based curriculum is a curriculum that emphasizes the outcomes of a learning processes ( i.e. knowledge, skills and attitudes to be applied by the learners) rather than mainly focusing on what the learners are expected to learn about the subject contents.
